Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 7feastr Technologies Ltd (“7feastr”) platform, including our website and mobile applications. By using 7feastr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use 7feastr. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@7feastr.ng if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7feastr is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are binding once confirmed by the restaurant.
• Prices displayed include applicable taxes and delivery fees.
• 7feastr is a marketplace — we facilitate orders but the restaurant is the merchant of record for food items.
• Payment is due at the time of order placement. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is due on receipt.
• 7feastr reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and other factors outside our control. 7feastr is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Harass, threaten, or abuse restaurant staff, riders, or 7feastr employees
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Manipulate ratings or reviews
• Resell or transfer your account

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 7feastr — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 7feastr Technologies Ltd and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7feastr is a platform that connects customers with restaurants and riders. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7feastr is not liable for: food quality, food safety issues, restaurant actions, rider conduct, or indirect/consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
