Contact our support team through the Help Centre with your order ID and, if possible, a photo. We'll investigate and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. See our Monetary Policy for full details.

Question 17

What is 7feastr Logistics?

Accepted Answer

7feastr Logistics is our shipping service for businesses. A registered merchant can create, price, and track shipments from the merchant dashboard or programmatically through our API, without needing to build their own delivery fleet.

Question 18

How do I get started as a merchant?

Accepted Answer

Register for a merchant account at the merchant dashboard. You'll be given a sandbox environment immediately, where you can test shipment creation and pricing without any real charge. Production access, for real shipments, is granted after you complete business verification.

Question 19

What documents are needed for business verification?

Accepted Answer

We typically require a certificate of business registration, a valid means of identification for the business owner or an authorised representative, and proof of address. Upload these from the Business Verification section of your merchant dashboard.

Question 20

What's the difference between consolidated and dedicated shipments?

Accepted Answer

Consolidated shipments, also called waybill or shared load, travel alongside other packages on the same route and are priced mainly by weight. Dedicated shipments, or chartered shipments, use a vehicle reserved solely for your shipment and are priced mainly by distance and trip duration. You choose the service type when requesting a rate or creating a shipment.

Question 21

How is a shipment priced?

Accepted Answer

Request a rate quote from the merchant dashboard or the API before creating a shipment, and you'll see the exact price, including VAT, before you confirm. A quote is valid for 10 minutes. You can also check indicative rates without an account using the rate checker on our website.

Question 22

How do I fund my merchant wallet?

Accepted Answer

Each merchant has a separate wallet for the sandbox and production environments. Open Wallet in the merchant dashboard, select 'Top Up', and pay by card or bank transfer. The minimum top-up is ₦1,000 for a small business account and ₦50,000 for an enterprise account, with no maximum.

Question 23

How do I get an API key?

Accepted Answer

Generate a sandbox API key immediately from the API Keys section of your merchant dashboard. A production API key becomes available once your business verification is approved.

Question 24

Can I track a shipment I sent through 7feastr Logistics?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every shipment has a tracking code that you or your recipient can use on our public tracking page, without needing an account. You can also check status from the merchant dashboard or through the API.

Question 25

What if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost?

Accepted Answer

Open a dispute for the shipment from the merchant dashboard or through the API. We aim to respond within 24 hours. See our Monetary Policy for how disputes and refunds are handled.
