The 7feastr agent app is Android-only.
And yes, that was intentional.
When we started designing the agent experience, we weren't thinking about what would look best on a product roadmap. We were thinking about the people who would actually be using the app every day.
Built for the Agents We Serve
For our agents, Android makes more sense.
There's a much wider range of affordable Android devices available, which means an agent doesn't need an expensive phone just to deliver with 7feastr.
It also allows us to focus our development and testing around the environment our agents are most likely to use — especially for things that matter during a delivery: GPS, navigation, connectivity, battery usage, and background location.
A Different Experience for Customers
The customer experience is different. Our customer app will be available on both iOS and Android, because customers should be able to use 7feastr regardless of the device they own.
Could we build the agent app for iOS too? Absolutely.
But product decisions aren't always about building for every platform. Sometimes, it's about understanding who you're building for and what actually works for them.
Build for the Reality, Not Just the Roadmap
That's the approach we're taking with 7feastr — and it's a principle we'll keep applying as more of the platform comes together.
Stay jiggy😎.
